BBC NATURAL WORLD EXPERIENCE OPENS IN LONDON

A new epic, immersive 'planet earth' experience, during which visitors are led on an eye-opening safari through the natural phenomena of the seven continents, is set to open inside the new purpose-built, demountable 'Daikin Centre in Earl's Court on 30th March 2023.

With natural sound, music and narration by the inimitable David Attenborough, the BBC Earth Experience, is a family-friendly walk-through, 360-degree audio-visual take on the BBC's 'Seven Worlds, One Planet' series which aired in 2019, receiving plaudits for its extraordinary footage, and was the most watched TV show of that year.

Using multiple multi-angle screens and aiming to be as sustainable as possible, the production projectors use the latest LED energy technology and are powered only by renewable energy. The venue also employs waste and water saving measures and RHS plants for pollinators have been bedded outside to encourage invertebrates.

Visitors can enjoy different storylines, depending on where they are standing as well as 'break-out' rooms. They can explore the wonders of planet Earth on a microscopic scale in the Micro Life room and then be immersed in the spectacular drone footage on the Vista Stage. A journey down to the ocean floor in the Water Life room allows interaction with life below the waves, and a special message from Sir David Attenborough is played in the Earth Room.

This brand new attraction, produced in partnership with BBC Studios, Moon Eye Productions and Live Nation lasts around an hour, and will only be in London for a limited time until the end of July. Tickets seem to be moving as swiftly as some of the fireflies featured! You can order yours and find out more HERE.
