NEW STAMPS CELEBRATE UK WATERFALLS



As well as supporting a wide variety of fauna and flora in and around them, Waterfalls have continued to inspire artists, poets, musicians and explorers over the years and the UK has plenty just waiting to be explored! On the 23rd June 2026, the Royal Mail released the Waterfalls Special Stamp Collection, a new stamp series, featuring a set of 10 new stamp designs designed to capture the power and beauty of some of our most dramatic cascading water in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The waterfalls pictured include Rogie Falls, Pollnagollum Cave, Aysgarth Falls, Pistyll Rhaeadr,
Becky Falls, Hardraw Force, Rhaeadr y Graig Lwyd / Conwy Falls,Fairy pools of Glen Brittle, Ess-na-Larach and High Force.
David Gold from Royal Mail said: "The British Isles are rich in natural beauty and these stamps highlight some of the UK's most striking waterfalls in all four nations. They showcase the richness of our natural environment which has been shaped by water over thousands of years."
