NEW AUTUMN EYE SHADOWS RAISE FUNDS FOR CHEETAHS

Chantecaille, the beauty company that gives back to conservation, have just launched the latest in their philanthropy range. The 'Cheetah Collection' has suitably 'Autumnal/Cheetah' lipstick shades and an eye make-up palette, to raise funds for the Cheetah Conservation Foundation (CCF) in their research, rescue and rehabilitation programs.

Having been launched by Sylivia Chantecaille with her daughter Olivia in 1998 initially as a niche fragrance brand to support environmental conservation around the world, the company expanded with skincare and has already helped raise funds and awareness for countless wild species and spaces including endangered sea turtles, coral reefs, gorillas, wolves, bees, elephants, giraffes etc. Acquired by the Beiersdorf Group in 2022, their original philosophy seems to have remained and Chantecaille's new donation will support CCF in providing 24/7 care for rescued cheetah cubs, as well as a new education centre to build awareness among local communities about methods for peaceful coexistence and the importance of leaving wild cheetahs in the wild.

The Cheetah Conservation Foundation was founded in 1990 in Namibia by Dr. Laurie Marker to protect cheetahs in the wild with initiatives that tackle these threats head-on such as providing livestock guardian dogs to farmers to avoid the cheetahs being shot. Unfortunately, wild cheetah mothers are often chased off or killed and their cubs stolen to be trafficked internationally and kept as pets. CCF has developed a Cheetah Rescue and Conservation Centre in Somaliland, where they care for and rehabilitate these confiscated cheetahs which typically can't be returned to the wild and they will soon begin work on a 50,000-hectare reserve to expand the cheetahs' habitat and give them room to live more natural, wild lives.

If you'd like to support these big cats whilst adopting the look of the season - then why not treat yourself or your loved one to a limited-edition Chantecaille Cheetah Eye Trio and/or three shades of Lip Veil enriched with Baobab oil from a collective in Zimbabwe. You can find out more and order the collection HERE.
